Order Cancelled for Verification

I have had the most frustrating experience ordering from Dell...

My order was placed seven days ago and was scheduled for delivery today. I was just notified that the carrier received a "RETURN TO SENDER" message. I quickly called customer service who told  me it was a "verification issue". I called the new number the requested I called.

The customer service representative told me the billing address did not match my credit card on file. This (a) is untrue, and (b) does not make sense, as my credit card was charged for the order last week.

I was very much relying on my order being received today and I will be most frustrated if I have to place a new order and have it delivered next week. Please call the carrier and have them re-initiate the delivery.

Any help would be truly appreciated.
