Order Shipped - FedEx shows No scheduled delivery date avail
Hi, we purchased my Daughter's laptop for college a few weeks ago. It shipped last week, moved a couple locations and now sits in a FedEx location with the message `No scheduled delivery date available at this time.` Can you please help us, as she needs this laptop for her classes soon.

Most likely stolen or lost by FedEx I just had the same situation where my Aurora I just ordered was supposed to be delivered on the 10th. It got to the local FedEx office, status changed to loaded on truck. Then lost. Station manager says “it’s not lost we just don’t know where it is.... Nor can they reach the driver.”.. Dell getting me a replacement shipped out and I requested it expedited with a different carrier
