Order Status Not Showing up

I placed my order yesterday via chat, due to an internal error that would have charged me $15 for free shipping.

I received my purchase ID and customer number after giving out my payment information, but have yet to receive any further information about my order. Nothing is found under Order Status, and when I attempt to search for my order I receive the following message "We are unable to find the Order Number or Dell Purchase ID you have entered. Please verify and re-enter."

Furthermore, since my order number does not work I am unable to use the customer service email.

Can somebody help me locate my order?

Depending on how you chose to pay, your order may still be awaiting verification, or the website may have not updated yet.
