Order cancelled gift card order not refund.....

Long story short order got cancelled on May 27, promo gift card never get refund.

Try Chat, tell me they cant do anything told me to call 1800 number, call 1800 number told me to talk to folks from giftcard.. call giftcard folks.. told me to go back to customer support. 

Thank you for the full circle, I hope someone can help here

Thanks for posting your comments on the Dell Community Forum Customer Care Board. I sincerely regret any inconvenience or frustration you may have been caused. The gift card funds cannot be restored if the card has already expired. 

Please review our Terms & Conditions regarding restrictions on the promo eGiftCard offers: 

Card Expiration

Please note that the Promo Card has an expiry or "valid thru" date. Your Promo Card's expiry or valid thru date can be found on the carrier to which the Promo Card was affixed, or by calling 1-800-242-5353. After that date, the funds will expire, and the Promo Card will not be accepted by Dell. After the expiry or valid thru date, please cut up the Promo Card and dispose of it. Invalid Promo Cards are not replaceable or returnable.  

If you still need assistance, I am  happy to look into this matter on your behalf. Please reply to my email and provide the requested information so I may access your account records.

Them my last post is answered by our dell specialist here Lorna_M

A form answer which implied my promotional card has expired.. NO it is not expired. It expires on 6/30

Then I receive an followup email from Lorna_M and told me if I have further question I can contact her using email with detail, I though hey this's nice, email back with order number and detail last Friday to Lorna_M today is Wednesday, no acknowledgement nothing...
