Order confirmation not received

I ordered a Dell G3 15 laptop on May 6th, 7 days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email. The order does not show up on my dell account, and the system does not even recognise my internal receipt number. 

Please help! Thank you

So I called Dell customer service and they told me that the Dell G3 15 is 'end of life' meaning they stopped manufacturing them and the factory cancelled my order. 

 

Dell did not inform me of this in any way. This is exceptionally poor customer service from such a large co-operation. The system is incredibly incompetent on such a basic task.

I responded but still have not had any help. I'm still in the same position and I want Dell to cancel my order please

Looks like the same has happened to me. Is the money for the order still showing as due to leave your account like mine is?

Yes it did until today. The money went back in. So you just have to wait a few days and it will return.
