Order delivery question
Hi. I ordered dell inspiron 15 7577 2 weeks ago and since December 5 the laptop is still at "shipment created" status. Is this normal? My expected delivery date is December 20. Should I call purolator?
Also, do they contact customers at any point in this process? I'm using a pay as you go phone and it's out of credits right now. Is there any reason to worry? I don't want any late deliveries...

ADRIANGORDON,
I see no reason to worry about your computer delivery. This is normal. If Dell needs to contact you they would send you an email.

One more thing, do I need to sign anything or be present at the time of delivery? I live on university campus and they are going to deliver the laptop to our residence office and then I'll pick it up.

No need to be present. If a signature is needed they will have the office people sign for it.
