Order status

I sent in an order on the 4/7 and I haven't received an order confirmation. I got an email that said my order was received but nothing else and nothing in my junk mail. This is a reorder from a previous order that got cancelled due to miscommunication. I’ve called every support line and chatted, but I can't get anywhere without an order number I don’t have. All I have is a dell purchase ID
