Order taking TOO long!
I just want to share my disappointment with how long it's taking for me to receive my order from Dell. Only July 6th I ordered a non-customized laptop from Dell. The expected delivery date was July 23 which was already an unreasonable amount of time to wait. On July 19th I received and update that my order will not arrive until August 5th. So basically it takes Dell a month to ship a non-customized laptop. That amount of time is totally unacceptable to me. I have contacted support and told them to cancel the order and I will not be purchasing from Dell.com in the future.

Although this is a non-customized order, there could part shortages that could be causing the delay in the order. This product may not be readily available & has to be built.
