Overcharged and then over refunded..

I tried to purchase an accidental damage warranty for my g5 5590 and was billed twice for 183$.Two months later today I finally get my refund except now I have been refunded 400$.What is the best way to sort this out as it takes  weeks to get an email back from support and I just want this nonsense to be done and over with.
