Ownership transfer and Warranty
I purchased two seller refurbished PowerEdge systems from a 3rd party reseller on eBay. I attempted to do a Warranty and Ownership Transfer using their company information, but it was Denied, as the "The previous owner information does not match [Dell's] records." If the eBay reseller is unable to identify the previous owner, is there any remedy through Dell?

Thank you for your message. I am afraid, there is no other option to transfer the ownership to your name without you providing the name of the previous owners. This is for security reason.
