Please I need help from a customer core specialist located in the US with a revolving issue going on for almost 30+ with an order from January. I can provided the service request number if necessary. I have contacted Dell over 15 times with regards to this issue. I have been told many times that they are working on resolving my request, but they always come back with different explanations and the same return/refund option that is not acceptable on my end. PLEASE HELP!!! The 30-day return limit is about to expire, and I can get a reasonable solution. PLEASE HELP!!
