Phone system - make payment

I have a speech issue, your phone system only allows for voice. Nice.

After hitting 0# a hole bunch of times I get a person.  I try to make a payment and you want to charge me $14?  This is ridiculous.  I've been a loyal customer since 1996 - bought over $20K worth of PC's recommend at least 20 pcb's on the job.  Now I have to deal with this?

You are loosing me as a customer if this nosense does not go away.

Hello!  You may want to review the payment options for your DFS account located here.  It appears the person you spoke with may have misunderstood you and processed the payment as expedited in which there is a fee.

No misunderstanding.  Bill was due in 1 week,  They wanted a fee unless I used the automated system.  She was quit clear about this.  I told the person there was no rush.  She told me $14 to process.  This is unacceptable  The automated system she send me back to once again could not understand my voice and I eventually banged on the correct keys ( guessing) to get me into the payment option.

I am really sick of this voice system that does not understand me.

So after 20 years  I will posssibly be moving on.
