Phony Dell Support Scam Still Active

FYI, I just got a call from a guy identifying himself as a Dell Tech Concierge service, caller ID an authentic Dell number (877 790 3355), armed with my service tag and last service request number (from last year).  Script was very similar to the recording posted a few years ago by the savvy IT professional (thank you for that!).  Reported the event to Dell and FTC.  Stay vigilant out there!
