Poor Customer Support

I purchased a laptop for school over a month ago, and Dell has repeatedly delayed my order. This morning (Saturday), I checked the status of my order to see that Dell has delayed it again! In addition to that, they planned to cancel my order if I did not consent within 24 hours. I was not given any notice of this! Also, they knew that customer support would be closed on the weekend, but they waited until Saturday to try to scam me out of my laptop so that I could not call and complain. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Dell. I have contacted customer support multiple times with no good responses. The customer support worker was supposed to expidite my order, but it has been delayed twice AFTER that. What is going on with my laptop? Why is it so difficult to answer simple questions about a single order?
