Poor service from dell customer care teamFwd: | Service Request No |

Hi,

This mail regarding my complaint regestred 2 days back.

So i am coming to the point that yesterday i got a call from dell superviser asfha she is not to be in the possition to help the customer she dont know how to talk. for that experience i lost trust from dell she is like machine hai aaj repair hoga to kal karab b hosakta hai.

Dell customer service is 3rd class service i am very disappointed feom you manager answer which she provided yesterday.

I want my laptop replaced. I dont want anything and from now no trust in DELL Sorry to say that.

You people either give me my refund or else give me a new laptop.

I wany my laptop replaced or else refund my money

Further, any senior level mangers can call me on my no.
