Poor technical support
I sent my chrome book 3380 in for repairs because it would make a buzzing sound. It only made the buzzing sound for a day, and would stop if you pushed on the case. The computer functioned fine when I shipped it, I had a warranty and figured I would use it. I was informed that it had water damage and would not be repaired. This computer is advertised as kid-proof and has a spill proof keyboard. When I received it back from Dell, it wasn’t even assembled. The keyboard is just laying on top of the laptop and not plugged in. A device should be returned in the same or better condition. My case number is . I will call when customer service opens on Monday. I have taken pictures and videos of the computers condition I also have a video of the computer prior to shipping demonstrating what it was doing.
