Pre -sales support
I am interested in replacing my old Dell system but I am confused about what is on offer in the area of desktops. For instance, Dell, is currently advertising desktops in the 3000 Series but all I am seeing is an image of a tower. Do I not need a monitor to go with the tower ? I need to speak to a sales expert from Dell to discuss the suitability of what I am buying before purchase. Can anybody point me in the right direction ?

From what I see in the info about the 3000 series is that it does not come with a monitor for that $329.00 price point.
You should call Dell's sales team and discuss the configuration with them as we don't do that here.
