Preferred Account Order on Hold?

This exact same thing just happened to me called several times and they canceled my order today.... I'm more than angry as I talked to several people and no one seems to know anything ....I also just moved so my address is new less than 6 months old but it's funny I just got approved for an 11,000 car loan but can't get a simple laptop shipped to my home ... So now I have an Imaginary Dell Prefered Account that I can't even use because they put a hold on it as soon as they gave it to me !!!! Angry and *** my credit score is affected by this matter!!!!

Apologies for the confusion regarding your Dell Preferred Account.
