Premium warranty not showing up

Hi everyone! I'm a little worried about my Alienware 15 R4, because I purchased it with a 3 year Premium Warranty, and it was showing up in the dell support site until a few days ago. Now, when I click on the warranty section from the dell support site, it says: "No information available". What could have happenned to my warranty? I've only had this laptop for a couple of weeks. Why is it not showing up in Dell's records? And how can I get this solved?
