Price Match and Payment Methods

I completed the initial stages for a price match and it was approved by multiple members of the Dell.com team and then I went to pay and was informed that I could not use my e-gift card and my Dell.com rewards at the same time even though multiple people in Dell customer service stated that it would not be an issue. The item I was trying to price match is no longer available from the other store and nobody can see it to replicate the price match or help me along for a resolution.
