Product in warranty, but no Service Tag

If product was purchased directly from Dell, you would have received a Dell invoice with your private Dell Order number and Dell Customer number. Using these numbers, the DELL-Cares agents can locate your Dell product order number. They can then verify that the Dell warranty is still valid. Then they must troubleshoot with you.

If NOT purchased directly from Dell, you will need to provide a picture of the seller invoice showing the date of purchase and all of your private data.

Share the following private information with them =

* Your Dell Order number and Dell Customer number -or- picture of the seller invoice
* Your shipping address, email address, phone number
* All of the troubleshooting that you have performed
