Projector, service tag, Flipkart, warranty

I want a resolution. My projector is broken. Dell's response to me was =

We regret to inform you that which you provided the information are not match with our records. Please do contact your reseller/dealer for proceed further.

I contacted the seller Flipkart and they said to me that all data was correct. How can solved my problem?

Thank you for your message. Do you have a service tag on the projector?

Do you get any product details when you log in to support.dell.com to check the tag?

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

How to locate the service tag
