From what I was able to see, its a chard from Dell's Business section.  If you have recently made some purchases but were charged more, i'd call Dell's business department and see why the charges are more then you were expecting.  If you didn't make any purchases, call your card company immediately and have your card locked.

I also received a charge.  I did not buy anything from Dell in the last year.  I also did not receive an invoice or any paperwork.  It just appeared as a charge on my card.
