#3 Failed Visa Promo Prepaid Card fiasco with no end in sight
I have not received my Visa Promo offer from "Berkeley" even though I was told that I should have and to check my inbox and junk. I checked and no email. Looks like I'm not the only one who is frustrated with this. I tried the 888-346-1443 and that number is not in service.
Is there anyone who can help me?
