Refund, PLEASE
Hello, why is it taking such a long time to get my refund for a DELL CHROMEBOOK that I returned. I ordered another computer on the same day of returning the first one. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE computer, if I don't receive a refund.

Thank you for your message. The refund will be initiated once the system is back at Dell & usually taken about 12-15 business days to complete.
I will be glad to look into this for you & assist you with the status.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the order number, registered name & email address.

Thank you so very much. I appreciate your help. I received an email this morning from DELL that the refund is being processed, and that I should receive it in the next couple of days. I hope that I do, but if I don't, I will contact you again.
