Replacement Monitor Service Tag Invalid

Hello,

I received a replacement monitor via warranty swap out and the service tag of the monitor I received is invalid.  I can only find a way to call or chat with Dell support, is there an email address for support also?  If so, can someone let me have the email address?   I really don't want to call Dell support and spend a long while on Dell support hold.
