I bought a Dell Monitor from Micro Center back in Dec 20, 2017. On their website and other vendors that sell this exact monitor they claim a 3 year warranty. I keep getting told by customer service reps from Dell that NO, this monitor only has a 1 year warranty and they refer me back to Micro Center. I called Micro Center again to make sure that this product does have a 3 year warranty. My monitor has the yura defect and despite my best efforts no one in Dell customer service wants to help me resolve this issue. Dell keeps saying that it is Micro Center that provides the 3 year warranty on the monitor that they sold, not Dell.
