S2719HN, $40 refund, still not received?
Hi everyone,
I placed an order for the Dell S2719HN on September 12 and got it in like 8 days. The base of the S2719HN was damaged and I asked for a replacement. Instead, I was offered $40 refund to original payment mode within 3-8 days if I keep the product. I agreed. I was sent an email on September 20 regarding the same. I have not gotten it till date. I have called them 3 times. The agent assigned has stopped replying to my email. Her name is Sowmya Talluri. What should I do? I don't even want the S2719HN now looking at the after sales service from Dell
