Struggling from Denmark

I am considering to buy the new Precision 7530 from Dell.dk as I am currently in Denmark.

I'd like to ask few questions before spending around 3.000€ and can't find an email, or someone that could kindly talk to me in English (even tho English here is widely spread). No email unless I have an order number, and to call them is very difficult...

Do I bypass Denmark, contact someone in UK and work with them and then buy in DK??

Why not research online? The over the phone info might not be entirely accurate from another country.

See the info--

There is even a Chat option that might work for you. Worth a try. You can even go to the bottom of the page and change to Denmark. I'm sure you know that ordering in Denmark means the OS language will be Danish and according to the article below, you cannot order language packs for Windows 10 Servers. You might need to order from the UK if that is allowed. Maybe you can order English version in Denmark.

It's a bit disappointing that I am still not able to talk to anyone. No email and the only phone number I have keeps telling me to check dell.dk for all the info I am looking for. Looks like the only way I have to talk to a human being is to file a complaint about something or buy the product first... ridiculous
