Stuck on get support

I purchased new G3 laptop from China, now i'm in Mongolia. and now i have BIOS related issue, but can't solve it. Because i can't connect to technical support. When i tried to connect by chat support, it directed to WeChat, and everything is on Chinese, unfortunately i can understand nothing. When i tried to connect by call, it says contact number (800-858-2969) is out of service. And tried to connect with support other ways, but everything is redirected to China link. Now i'm almost gave up.
