Thank you Dell (Alienware) Repair!
Our thanks to the dedicated repair team at Dell. Our Alienware m15 lost a fight with gravity and required extensive repairs. The machine looks brand new again! (you rescued it from the recycling center).
We appreciate the skill of your workers.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
