To complain about Dell customer support, you log it through Dell customer support?

Professionally and personally, I've purchased *a lot* of Dell desktop and server systems over the years and, for the most part, have been very pleased with them.

Recently tried to purchase a fairly juiced up Precision 7720 laptop.  Order confirmed and timed passed.  Contacted Dell customer support.  Escalated.  No callback, email, text, nada.  Contacted Dell customer support again.

Someone tell me, is there any way to complain about Dell Customer Support outside of logging the complaint with the people you are complaining about?  Seems a rather impressive Catch 22...

I saw a post that said Twitter was the way to go.  Really???
