Trying to be objective about customer care

I spent approximately 20 minutes and three phone calls attempting to get my name removed from Dell's catalog mailing list. The third call was the longest and would have been humorous if it had not been so frustrating. The Dell representitive and I were unable to efficiently handle a simple request due to language difficulties-both an inability to understand what was being said and an inability to comprehend what was trying to be achieved.
