Unable to add service tags to support account

I'm trying to add several new service tags to my support account and I'm receiving the following error:

MPL Asset returns NULL value and unable to insert service tag.

Can you please assist in resolving this issue?

–Picture of the service tag on the system
–Name/location of reseller
–Copy of invoice from reseller with the service tag on it
–The original Dell order # from the reseller
