Used Chat to place order, order never went through

Hi,

I placed an order through Chat on February 9th using two gift cards. After the chat, I received a phone call stating that an order number was not generated. The problem is my gift cards were charged, and on this moment, have a 0 balance. I did not receive a call back 24 hours later as promised, and Dell has taken my money. What am I supposed to do? No one seems to care to help on this issue, and I have never once placed an order on a site that had issues with generating an order number. The fact that stopped the order from happening is befuddling. To be honest, I am really tired of every other order having an issue related to the promotional gift cards.
