Very Bad customer service will never recommend Dell

I bought an alienweare with all the trimmings 2 years ago for my son paid a grand total of 3999$ been paying for it no problem. Last week i wanted to buy a new computer for me and they told me that since i live in Quebec they won't give me the financing ?? what >?> you took my mony 2 years ago no problem , i pay well and now they tell me to go somewhere else basicly. I was told the finance department would call me back in 15 to 30 mins and to wait for the call maybe we could discuss it. Well guess what!! THEY NEVER CALLED !!! not even an email.  This was 6 days ago.

People share this so no one else has to be dissapointed by the awful service by this big corporation that wont care about them once they have the money.

Truly Truly not professional do not waist your money with these guys. Go somewhere else
