Warranty Issue
Hi,
My issue is someone is using my warranty and replacing his laptop parts and I don't even know about this. You don't even contact me before replacing laptop parts for others laptop. How can someone use my Service Tag and repair his own laptop without my knowledge.
Don't you see SERVICE TAG NUMBER before repairing Laptop ?
I called you twice regarding the same issue, but both of the agents forward my request to concern department and still I don't receive any revert from your side.
Thanks
Rachit

That's very unusual since along with the service tag the caller must also give the shipping address on the account, phone number, email etc.
How did you learn this was happening?
Please follow my instructions:
* Please send your issues to our Customer Care/Order Support Liaison, DELL-Lorna M
* Click this link http://dell.to/PWMBSV
* Click Start conversation or Send Email. She will need the following information to investigate it -
Email Address:

I received the call from your service to check whether my laptop is working fine or not. I said I am facing some issues with my speakers, your agent said you can replace it if you want, then I said okay. After that she (Agent) checked my account and said you have already replaced your speakers twice and now you can't replace it and I don't even know about this thing.
I don't receive any Call and Email regarding the same.
Then your Agent said some guy name Mahesh replaced speakers twice using my Service Tag. I don't even know this guy and never heard this name ever. After that she disconnect the phone.
I only replaced fan once at your Support Center at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
Please look into this.
and let me know do I need to enter the same issue here as well :
