I purchased a monitor back in April 2016 (U2515H), and have had a black spot in the middle of the screen. I went to enter in the service tag number, and It is showing up as a S2316M? On top of that it says the warranty is expired, and the details show it was only active for 1 day. It also shows the warranty expiring 3 months before I purchased it, and that it was shipped 6 months after the purchase date?
Anyone else having this issue?
