Warranty transfer USA to India
hello, my brother bought a Alienware 15 r3 from dell outlet US. the product comes with [AL 15 R3 : 1 Year Hardware Service with Onsite/In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis ( Included In) ]. He is going to give me that laptop when he will come back to India from US. i just want to ask is that warranty will work in india or not. if not how to get that warranty work in india.

As long as the system model is sold in India, the warranty will transfer -- if the system isn't sold in India, it will need to be returned to the US for service.

Yes, if there is a hardware issue, based on the warranty you can avail services in India. Provided, the system is officially sold in India.

Share a screenshot of the transfer confirmation screen on a private message, I will get the transfer process expedited.
