Well, another Dell customer gone!

The level of warranty harassment is insane. Got 6 calls in one day about renewing my warranty (which I had already said in a email response that I didn't want) 1-800-847-4084 was the number that called.  I also got a total of 6 emails. Then just now at 8:50 pm at night you all called my house AGAIN to renew the warranty...... Good thing my small children that normally go to bed at 7:30 were awake since it's a Friday and I was being nice letting them stay up late. Otherwise I would have been one really *** of mom because you would have woken them up to try to sell me something that I already declined. 

Yep spent $1400 on a laptop from dell and will be spending the next $1400 with someone else. Glad you're a big company and didn't really need it...... because you won't get money from me again!
