Where is my order conformation? please?
Hello, I ordered my Alienware laptop 3 days again and I have received a internet receipt but I still haven't got an order confirmation, I have been try to call tech support but I always need a order number how ever I do not have one, what do I do? Also i cannot find the Private msg button on mods pages, please can some one help me, as im feeling a bit let down. Thank you kind regards

I have the same problem: I ordered an Ispiron on 21 April 2018 and I received only an email relative to the purchase. I still have to receive the order number and I don't know how to contact support because the site always asks me that order number. Waiting for an answer.
