Why is Dell so difficult?

I have never been so dissatisfied with a company as I am with Dell. It has been a nightmare in all aspects, from online ordering, phone sales, order verification to canceling anything Dell. I believe the product is worth the money but the hassle isn't. It's a shame that I'm going a different direction due to the issues I have had trying to place an order.

I still have not gotten a straight answer on where my order is. I just keep getting and seeing the same canned responses
