Worst Costumer care EVER

I placed an order for a laptop and they took the money from my credit card and 2 days later I received an email from   asking for a copy of my ID and proof of address. When I called costumer service, they said that the order was cancelled but they can't tell my why even if the payment is made. And then without listen to me, they sent me to sales to a automated system, with no option to be transferred to a human being. This is the worst service I have ever had, horrible experience. I am not against verification, but costumer service can't even confirm that the mail came from them or not. I just want to know if the email was a scam or real, but nobody wanted to answer my question. I worked in Dell. I know that they can see all the information related to a transaction including if any email has been sent. It's just bad service. I just want my money back and buy from another company.
