Worst customer service ever. I only wanted to add an extended warranty on my recent purchase through Dell but for the past 40 minutes, all i have gotten is a run around.. Nobody and I do mean nobody has the proper training to handle my request at all.. I got passed from one department to another. I'm not sure if its the language barrier or just basic product knowledge. What ever happen to good old customer care?? Very disappointed Dell has fallen this far down in customer care. Ill be taking my home and business needs somewhere that still offers that personal touch.
