XPS17 and the parts are no longer obtainable
Hi,
My XPS17 ( ) is broken down, I can't turn it on.
I gave it to KnowHow services to repair but my laptop has been returned to the store un-repaired. This is due to the parts which are required are no longer obtainable.
How can you help me on this occasion?

Did anyone tell you what they thought was wrong or what part was needed? You can always try eBay as Dell will not have parts in stock for a 7 year old laptop.
