Xbox one Controller - Delayed Multiple times

Man! I have been waiting for my Xbox One X controller from 2 months. These people keep on delaying the delivery. Now, I do not have a chance to cancel the order buy it outside as I have used a gift card and it got expired. Looks like this is my only item I am purchasing from Dell. The delivery times promised are outrageous. 

Does anyone have similar experience? Did anyone in the last week receive this item?
