You're *** a lot of people.... Be careful and fix the situation

I have tried contacting the Dell numbers in India (1800-425-4046 (Toll Free) or 080-2510-8026 (Standard charges apply)) multiple times, but as soon as the riduclously long IVRS goes off, the line gets disconnected, every single time. Kindly have Dell customer service call me on *** or *** at the earliest. I became a customer of Dell after I bought the Inspiron 20 in December 2015 from Vijay Sales in Mumbai, and it has never worked well from day one. But in the last two week, it has become even slower.... The PC takes 10 minutes to boot & hangs whenever any application is launched. If I don't hear from Dell in the next 24 hours, I will be forced to make some nasty comments on Social media and blogger sites. Thank you.
