hardware damage at my DELL Inspiron - ref.

Dear Sirs,

I have bought this laptop 1 year ago in Luxembourg. I am currently in Hong Kong, and I have two serious damages, one at the side of my laptop, and the second one is that the monitor is not stable, and sometimes it darkens (I need to move the monitor carefully). Please be so kind to call me at + and fix an appointment with me in Hong Kong, Causeway Bay, Times Square, Regus Lounge, 31th floor Tower One.
I have purchased a special warranty for damages.
