incorrent geolocation detected by dell website

Hello , i work for an isp in UK . We are giving the following public network range to our customers :

94.247.83.224/27

Ripe reports this subnet to be registered in UK :

The problem is that the same address is geolocated to germany from your website (and many others). Can you please help me to understand what's the problem?
