never hear from ownership transfer
I bought my dell product Alienware M14x R2 from dell US in early 2012
when I travel to China it got problems, then I transfer ownership to myself in China in 2014
now I am back to US but I cannot transfer it back to US
I filled the ownership transfer form online several times as I did transfering it to China, but I never hear any response.
It is said that it may take 15 days for international transfer. But I have waited 5 months. and I submitted request several times.
What shall I do? please help.
